Information submitted through the website is used to respond to inquiries and continue conversations you initiate, respond to requests concerning keynotes, workshops, executive engagements, or other Human Inc. work, respond to interest in Human Inc.: Structural Coherence, and understand the context of an inquiry sufficiently to respond appropriately.
Human Inc. does not use contact form information for unrelated advertising or sell personal information to third parties.
Form processing
Contact form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third party form delivery service, and are delivered to Human Inc. by email.
Web3Forms processes information submitted through the form according to its own privacy practices and terms.
Human Inc. does not currently maintain a separate website database of contact form submissions. Messages received by email may be retained as part of ordinary correspondence and business records.
Cookies and tracking
HISITE does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or third party advertising technology.
If analytics, cookies, or other tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy notice will be updated accordingly.
Sharing of information
Information you submit is not sold.
It may be shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the website or respond to your inquiry, with service providers supporting those functions, or when disclosure is required by law.

This includes original material associated with Human Inc.: Structural Coherence (HISC), Human Inc. Observations (HIOBS), and Human Inc. Fractal Frame (HIFF).
Access to the website does not transfer ownership of any Human Inc. material.
Permitted use

Names, trademarks, logos, images, and other intellectual property belonging to those subjects remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance or discussion within HIOBS does not imply ownership by Human Inc., nor does it necessarily imply sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Where Human Inc. material is referenced in a manner permitted by these terms, attribution should identify Man Valero / Human Inc. as the source where appropriate.
