About Human Inc.
Human Inc. grew from a question Man Valero kept encountering through much of his career: why do familiar organizational problems return even after changing people, processes, responsibilities, or tools?
Working across different companies, industries, and functions in Mexico and the United States, he kept seeing variations of the same difficulties appear in different settings. The recurrence stayed with him.
He later chose to leave corporate work to be present for his children. Away from the daily rhythm of an organization, he had room to look back at experiences that had once seemed separate.
He kept observing and writing.
Over time, the human body became the reference that helped bring the work together. Human Inc. developed into an independent body of work focused on organizational structure and the relationships that connect its different functions.
From there came Human Inc.: Structural Coherence, Human Inc. Observations, and Human Inc. Fractal Frame.
Human Inc. continues through writing, observation, and work with organizations.
